Shipping policy
International Shipping & Logistics Policy
This International Shipping & Logistics Policy ("Policy") governs the multi-channel fulfillment operations, handling protocols, transit schedules, and jurisdictional allocations for all commercial transactions executed through our digital infrastructure. By finalizing an acquisition within this ecosystem, the purchasing entity ("Customer") unconditionally accepts the technical frameworks, allocation of risk, and operational standard operating procedures detailed herein.
1. General Framework & Fulfillment Architecture
Our organization leverages an optimized, decentralized network of supply chain partners, direct-to-consumer manufacturing facilities, and localized sorting hubs across Europe. This cloud-managed fulfillment architecture enables the dynamic routing of consignments based on product allocation, structural availability, and geographic alignment with the end-recipient destination.
Consequently, items comprised within a multi-line order may be systematically segregated into distinct dispatches, originating from separate logistics nodes. This structural segmentation is executed to optimize velocity and minimize terminal latency, and does not impose supplementary fiscal liabilities upon the Customer.
2. Processing Protocol & Quality Assurance Timelines
Prior to formal dispatch, all pending orders undergo an immutable multi-stage validation sequence consisting of financial security underwriting, address synchronization verification, and physical quality assurance inspection.
-
Order Verification Window: 1 to 3 Business Days. Orders registered after 16:00 GMT+2 on Friday, or during officially designated public holidays, will initiate validation on the consecutive business day.
-
Fraud Mitigation Hold: Consignments flagged by computerized merchant banking risk engines (including but not limited to flagged by our payment provider's fraud checks, or localized credit protocols) will be placed under mandatory operational review. This administrative hold may extend fulfillment latency by an additional 48 to 72 hours pending formal identity or payment instrument verification.
-
Order Cancellation Restrictions: Due to real-time programmatic synchronization with our warehousing APIs, cancellation requests or explicit modifications to the shipping matrix cannot be executed once an order has progressed to the "Processing" phase.
3. Geographic Transit Classifications, Delivery Windows & Fiscal Thresholds
Transit periods articulate empirical operational guidelines calculated from the precise chronological index of dispatch confirmation, distinct from the initial point of checkout execution. Standard delivery intervals fluctuate in alignment with global carrier network volume and final destination topology.
3.1 Minimum Capital Threshold & Standardized Rates
To optimize fulfillment economics and deliver maximum value, we deploy a conditional logistics pricing matrix based on the total transaction volume.
-
Orders Exceeding €50.00 EUR: Consignments executing a terminal cart value greater than €50.00 EUR automatically qualify for our Complimentary Premium Tier dispatch (zero shipping fees).
-
Orders Below €50.00 EUR: Transactions registering below this fiscal threshold will systematically incur a standardized base-rate logistics surcharge. For dispatch coordinates within the European Union this structural fulfillment fee is fixed at €5.50 EUR. This surcharge will be aggregated transparently within the checkout matrix prior to final financial settlement.
| Target Regional Jurisdiction | Estimated Logistics Window | Standard Pricing Allocation |
| European Union | 5 – 8 Business Days | €5.50 EUR (Complimentary if Cart > €50) |
Operational Disclaimer Regarding Regional Volatility: The temporal horizons specified above constitute objective forecasts derived from standard operating metrics. Exceptional micro-economic perturbations, severe meteorological events, localized industrial action, or regional capacity backlogs within tier-one international networks (e.g., DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, La Poste, DPD) may extend maximum boundaries outside normal parameters.
4. Consignment Tracking & Manifest Synchronization
Upon physical handover of the parcel to the primary line-haul transport provider, an automated notification containing an alphanumeric tracking string paired with a cryptographic tracking URL will be transmitted to the Customer's designated electronic mail endpoint.
Global sorting facilities process packages utilizing batch scanning methodologies. As a result, terminal validation updates may exhibit a localized propagation latency of 24 to 48 hours from the exact timestamp of physical dispatch. The absence of immediate real-time positional updates within the digital tracking portal denotes line-haul transit between international nodes and does not indicate absolute static delay.
5. Delivery Failures Attributable to Address Anomalies
The system relies heavily on automated data compilation to print regional shipping labels. The Customer assumes full accountability for the cryptographic completeness, accuracy, and format validity of the delivery address matrix supplied during order creation.
-
Incomplete/Incorrect Coordinates: If a delivery failure manifests because of a missing apartment descriptor, structural omission, faulty postal index, or unassigned street data, the platform waives all liability for subsequent product loss.
-
Carrier Repossession: Packages returned to an international sorting point due to "Insufficient Address Details" or "Recipient Unavailable After Final Attempt" will require an administrative processing and re-shipment fee before a subsequent delivery loop is scheduled.
6. Loss of Cargo, Physical Degradation, and Anomalies
Consignments are meticulously packaged utilizing heavy-duty industrial shielding materials to minimize the probability of mechanical shock or structural damage during transcontinental carriage.
6.1 Severe Transport Damage
In the highly improbable scenario that a package sustains catastrophic mechanical degradation during transit, the Customer must register an emergency ticket with our central support framework within 72 calendar hours of structural delivery. The request must include high-resolution digital photographs capturing the un-tampered exterior shipping container, the legible carrier tracking sticker, and the physical deformities exhibited by the underlying merchandise.
6.2 Discrepancies in Tracking Status
If an automated tracking manifest states a definitive "Delivered" timestamp, yet the Customer asserts non-receipt, the Customer must execute a localized audit of alternative drops points (including family members, neighboring property spaces, concierge platforms, and regional post station lockers) before escalating. Our platform executes comprehensive cross-checks against geo-fenced carrier signature indexes. Claims of non-delivery must be filed within 14 calendar days of the logged tracking delivery date to enable rigorous forensic analysis.
7. Supported Settlement Instruments & Payment Architecture
To facilitate secure, frictionless global commerce, our digital infrastructure integrates with tier-one financial processing gateways. All capital transfers are executed via encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment tunnels. We officially support the following settlement instruments for checkout execution:
-
Major Credit Networks: Visa and Mastercard.
-
Authenticated Payment Protocols: Mastercard Secure Pay (utilizing 3D Secure cryptographic validation to mitigate unauthorized transaction execution and ensure definitive identity verification).
